An elopement on Onetangi Beach
Rosie and John got in touch with me just a few weeks before they got married. It was a beautiful wedding with lots of symbolic moments that made it very special for them both. Their two best friends came with them and the celebrant was a friend that tailor made the most wonderful ceremony that was really heart felt and point for the two of them.
Before they tied the know on Onetangi Beach we did a first look at The Chapel on the hill. This made for some stunning images in the charismatic chapel.
Onetangi was threatening rain but it kept at bay. The overcast skies make a diffuser so the light becomes very flattering for portraiture and moody shots.
After the ceremony we jumped in my car to go to a secret spot for a beautiful portrait before I dropped them back to their friends where they were all setting out together for dinner at Cable Bay.
